Agents are able to view and assign patients on web.

  1. Select Patients

  2. Select All to view all patient conversations

  3. Select a patient conversation to assign

  4. Choose either to assign the case to yourself or to another agent Assigning another agent will bring up a modal displaying a list of agents to choose from Select desired agentĀ 

  5. The assigned agent will be added to the patient conversationĀ 

  6. You can view your assigned cases by selecting Mine

It is highly recommended to re-assign important cases to another agent at the end of your shift to ensure continuity for the patient.
