Agents are able to view and assign patients on web.
- Select Patients
- Select All to view all patient conversations
- Select a patient conversation to assign
- Choose either to assign the case to yourself or to another agent Assigning another agent will bring up a modal displaying a list of agents to choose from Select desired agent
- The assigned agent will be added to the patient conversation
- You can view your assigned cases by selecting Mine
It is highly recommended to re-assign important cases to another agent at the end of your shift to ensure continuity for the patient.
