Scheduling rules allow you to set up your availability for video calls. For example, a professional might be available for video calls on Monday mornings. 

Setting up availability rules on Web

  1. Click on your avatar
  2. On the drop-down menu, select Edit video consultation hours
  3. Select the desired video consult length
  4. Select Timezone*
  5. Under Weekly Consultation Hours, select Add Availability Rule
  6. Select desired hours and days for which the rules will apply to
  7. Click Save

Timezone

Kindly note that availability rules will be based on this selected timezone. It is recommended that this is set to your local timezone. This is useful if you are offering video calls to patients in a different timezone.
